COACHING
One-on-one or small group coaching sessions designed to support personal growth, decision-making, and wellbeing.
Our experienced coaches help participants:

- Navigate challenges like stress, relationships, and peer pressure

COURSES
Our short, practical courses provide tools and knowledge to help young people thrive. Courses are delivered through engaging workshops, group discussions, and real-world scenarios.Key themes include:
- Reset & Refocus: Goal setting, motivation, and building healthy routines
- Stress Less: Managing pressure and developing coping strategies
- Mindset & Motivation: Shifting negative thinking and finding purpose
- Choices & Consequences: Decision-making, accountability, and planning for a better future
- Self-Confidence & Identity: Exploring values and learning to be true to yourself
Each course runs over 4–5 weeks with options for term-based or intensive formats.
